I think co-plaintiffs might be the best option. I'm not a legal expert but it is certainly a term which comes up in searches as does joint plaintiffs. Thanks for all the comments.

I misread it You are right Phil. I read "chiamati", but the word in the source text is actually "chiamanti". I will hide the answer.

Could it be a typo for "chiamati"? If so, you may be correct in saying that's it's "co-accused", Marco, but you haven't given any references.

I'm not even sure what "chiamanti" means. Claimants? The only dictionary meaning I can find is caller, as in telephone.
We had this in Italian to French, and the answer (with no references or explanation) was "demandeur complice", which means nothing to me.
