quota di usufrutto di un mezzo a share of life tenancy of one half Explanation: (beneficially = as a beneficiary) sopra immobile > over or (legally) 'in respect of' the following land / real estate comproprietà indivisa: a joint tenancy (equal joint ownership of one half) and the other half given as a life interest (Scots law:a liferent) - rather than one half of a 'usufruct' in the property. Scots: usufruct a.k.a. a liferent as to a moiety. Note that there has been some ProZ argument (possibly FRE or SPA ENG) over moiety meaning two equal parts, but it doesn't mean that specifically. US Fed. State of Louisana (French law-influenced): a usufruct of one half -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 heures (2020-07-16 10:02:23 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- sopra immobile: a half-share life-tenancy over land Example sentence(s):
