delazione ---- dei primi chiamati (E&W) citation /to accept or refuse/ ----- of the first entitled Explanation: Quaere in Latin: delazione as the opposite of prelazione, namely a downward rather than upward 'chain of representation'. Spanish 'equivalent': delación de la sucesión = 'request to have a person state whethe s/he accepts or refuses his ineritance' West SPA/AmE law & business dictionary. primi chiamati > first called is OK, but in ENG probate it is called the 'first entitled' or 'first cited' to take out probate /Scots: letters of confirmation of a Will. By the way, 'opening of a sucession' equates in the UK with the 'operative date of death' that triggers probate claims or intestate administration. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 heures (2020-11-19 22:17:31 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Discussion entries: delazione dell'eredità > post-citation vesting of the estate in the beneficiaries, or 'assenting' of the inheritance to those entitled, including - first if necessary - the personal representatives / testamentary executors of the BrE deceased AmE: decedent before passing on the estate to the beneficiaries: Re King's Will Trusts, Assheton v Boyne: ChD / London Chancery Division1964. I'm also not sure what "chiamati" is, but "called" is probably not the correct translation. |
