On this (the above) request..

Explanation:
I think this could be something like:

"Based on the above request" or "the above claim"...the court providesthe following:......

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 6 hrs (2021-03-15 16:03:54 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

Or even maybe:

"As requested, the court has found:

.....etc"

Società > chiamata/intervento di causa
Corporate > co-defendant/served with third-party notice

Explanation:
I think the feminine form must indicate a company or partnership - cf llamada en garantia in ESP > US: 'implead' E+W 'serve with third-party proceedings', intervento in the masc. being a process rather than a party.

In E+W, a claimant can 'add a co-defendant' to the action, namely another defendant, whilst a defendant can join in a third- or fourth-party etc. defendant. Unsure of the background, I've conflated both scenarios.

I have a note of intervento di causa but not di cosi...

So: 'in its final judgment entered on...'

Example sentence(s):
  • Ciascuna parte può chiamare (1) nel processo un terzo al quale ritiene comune la causa (2) o dal quale pretende essere garantita > 'indemnified and neither insured nor guaranteed'
  • Intervento volontario e coatto > 'voluntary and forcible joinder'. E' l'ingresso di un terzo, originariamente non costituito, nel processo già pendente.
