civ. judgment entered for the claimant / plaintiff
Explanation:
Judgement is the Scottish spelling.

In a civil case: finding against the defendant, so judgment entered for the claimant.

Adrian's is the best answer, I think. I was looking for something not too literal. It is a purely civil case and so "finding for the plaintiff" would work well. I hesitate to use the word judgement, as it has still not been decided. But "proceedings or judgement with a finding for the plaintiff" seems a good solution. Thank you, everyone
