Per effettuare il versamento (ovvero la richiesta di TRASPORTO FISICO) di documenti DA Archivio 1 > A archivio 2, si deve fare una richiesta scritta chiamata 'ELENCO e VERBALE di Versamento'
Normalmente la procedura del versamento è preceduta dallo SFOLTIMENTO. Addirittura, poi, vi è di solito qualche responsabile che accerta che il material VERSATO corrisponda a quello che è stato dichiarato.

Asker: Thank you for your valuable contribution - as it transpires from further research, it would appear that both terms are valid in this context (the answer given by Cedric and my original guess 'filed' and your suggestion 'transferred') but as Cedric was first to the post, he gets the points.
