I ricorrenti chiedono il risarcimento del danno causato dal deprezzamento dei titoli di stato greco del 16%, ovvero sia, considerato nel complesso l'ammontare nominale di Euro 16,672,819.97, detenuto dai ricorrenti nel complesso, Euro 2,667,651.19.
Se, infatti, lo stesso sconto nominale fosse stato applicato non solo ai titoli in possesso degli investitori privati, ma anche a quelli in possesso della sola XXX (ossia 42 miliardi), si sarebbe ottenuta una disponibilità scontata pari a 121 miliardi di Euro per il settore retail e non di soli 101 miliardi. Tale valore scontato, preso come base per un RAPPORTO CHE HA AL NOMINATORE L'IMPORTO SCONTATO PRECEDENTE (ovvero quello al netto della partecipazione alla ristrutturazione della XXX) determina appunto un delta pari al 16% che puo certamente essere considerato il danno effettivo patito dai ricorrenti.
