Dentistry/Dental Care Division Explanation: Io non userei Department perchè si potrebbe creare confusione. Le Unità Operative Complesse (UOC) sono i "vecchi" reparti. Oggi l'organizzazione ospedaliera italiana si suddivide in Dipartimenti che sono UOC di tipo trasversale (Dipartimento medico, chirurgico, diagnostico, di servizi territoriali, etc), in UOC che possono essere organizzate all'interno di dipartimenti oppure no. Queste hanno piena autonomia gestionale. Poi ci sono le Unità Operative Semplici che sono articolazioni organizzative delle strutture complesse (sipartimenti o UOC), cui è preposto un responsabile che dipende gerarchicamente dal responsabile della struttura complessa. Dunque io eviterei di usare "department" perchè si ingenererebbe confusione. In effetti non sappiamo se nell'organizzazione aziendale a cui si riferisce la traduzione di Alessandra, la UOC di odontoiatria è una UOC dipartimetalizzata o no. http://www.hsacomo.org/datinews/allegato1_803.doc |
