co-ordinated / appropriate /accurate /precise Explanation: My first reaction, is "never translate coerente with coherent" unless its speech. A search on surgery and "coherent movements" turns up only 11 hits, so it can hardly be a medical term used in surgery. Similarly a search on "movimenti coerenti" and chirurgia turns up 1 hit. So it is definitely not a technical term. So it can be translated in the normal manner depending on context. Reference: http://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&q=%22coher...
