Come abbiamo osservato nel caso della fi gura precedente, la liberazione tissutale deve seguire le nuove metodologie di intervento mininvasivo: l’ideale è praticare incisioni che ci permettano di vedere soltanto i margini crestali per verificare la loro integrità. In questo caso, crediamo che quella che risulta
essere una deperiostizzazione più pronunciata potrebbe essersi ridotta (ne forniamo un’immagine solo per confermarlo). Un biotipo spesso e tavole vestibolari spesse rappresentano fattori positivi di cui approfi ttare per posizionare un impianto immediatamente dopo l’estrazione.

disagree  Nadia Gazzola: Mi spiace ma non sono d'accordo. La tissue regeneration (GTR) vuole rigenerare i tessuti molli, che qui vengono invece incisi per accedere al sito.

con "liberazione tissutale" qui l'autore intende "liberazione DAI tessuti"
Credo si tratti di una "esposizione" della cresta, che viene liberata dai tessuti molli. Forse invece di tradurre letteralmente potresti tradurre con "ridge exposure" o qualcosa del genere.
