Italian term or phrase: onda lesionale
This is from a hospital discharge report of a patient admitted for STEMI.

"Il decorso e' stato caratterizzato da lenta lisi del sintomo, evoluzione ECG di tipo q con persistenza di *onda lesionale*, picco CK MB 150 ng/ml ... etc."

How do we translate "onda lesionale" (and what is it)? I find a small number of Google examples of "lesion wave" but the first four are from reports by Italian writers, so I doubt this is the correct term in English.

Thanks for your help!
