Since the source phrase says "in" st. d. rather than "con" st. d. I'm inclined to see this as "in stato dopo" which translates as "status post" in English. If the source said "con" I would agree with Luigi that it means "with a history of".

I also think that "storia di" and "in stato dopo" are close in meaning and could sometimes be used interchangeably. (See this KudoZ question I asked 10 years ago: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/italian-to-english/medical-cardio...

Here's examples of both:

Grazie tante, Joseph, e anche Luigi, per chiarire questo acronimo che non riuscivo a trovare. Nel mio contesto è "in stato dopo", visto tutti i link di sentenze mediche simili del cantone Ticino, ma "storia di" può anche essere valido in altri contesti, e con un significato simile. Buona giornata!
