Thanks to Sabrina for telling us in the discussion box that it means "operatore socio-sanitario".

This is an Italian woman taking about getting a job in the UK. I think these job descriptions would also work in the US:

"Internet funziona per la maggiore come sistema di ricerca di lavoro qui; con la parola chiave ***“healthcare assistant/care assistant/support worker***” si possono cercare annunci di lavoro come Oss e subito si trovano descrizioni delle posizioni aperte con tantos di offerta di retribuzione."
