The mother of one of my students works in a 'ludoteca'. My student thinks the term in Italian is 'ludotecaria'. In the ludoteca they entertain children up to the age of 10 yrs with tales, legends and games, as well as local traditional fables and activities. Can you help me translate both terms? Thanks!

4 - Ludotecas vary in the services they offer. Some act as full-time nurseries, but do not to serve lunch, so you have to pick the child up for lunch and then drop her/him off again afterwards. Some offer "baby-parking" services meaning that children can be left for short periods. Others do not offer babysitting services at all, parents or childminders go to the Ludoteca with the child, so they can play or partake in activities with other children.
