Si tratta della descrizione su un atto notarile della consistenza del testamento:
"Il testamento consistente in un foglio protocollo, scritto solo sulla prima facciata, non presenta cancellature con precisazione che la testatrice ha lasciato completamente in bianco, nella prima facciata, la seconda, la quarta, la sesta riga, nonché la retrostante seconda facciata e le ulteriori due facciate".

Trattandosi di un foglio protocollo è quindi formato da 4 facciate, si vuole indicate che la facciata che si trova retrostante alla prima è lasciata in bianco, così come le ulteriori due facciate (quindi la terza e la quarta)..

.. sarebbe corretto tradurre in questo contesto "la restrostante seconda facciata" con "the rear second page" ?

E quindi "The Will consisting of a sheet of legal ruled paper does not have erasures with clarification that the testatrix has left completely blank, on the first page, the second, the fourth, the sixth, as well as the rear second page and the additional two pages."
