In bad shape, worse for the wear, scrambling Explanation: The expression usually refers to financial status, but here I think it refers to more than that, ie. the expertise and knowledge base of the company and its ability to act to satisfy the customers. I think your idea of "in bad shape" works fine. Otherwise something like "scrambling", etc. |
