Veneto Innovazione promuove in sede europea la comunità di ricerca veneta....Obiettivi di medio e lungo termine della società sono l’avvio dello sportello regionale per l’internazionalizzazione e l’informazione, la formazione e l’offerta di servizi...

The best I can come up with is "information point". I suppose it's the correct meaning; but is there a better way to express "sportello" in the context of research- and technology-supporting organizations?

Maybe "regional center"?
