Italian term or phrase: gare titolate
I was wondering what it means when the CSAI (Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana) organises a "gara titolata" and thus what 'non titolata' is.

In this case it's a REGOLARITA’ CLASSICA AUTO STORICHE and the REGOLAMENTO PARTICOLARE TIPO for a gara non titolata. I thought it might be races that are not for points because it's like a vintage car show.

Thanks!
