starting grid (as per previous performance ranking) Explanation: many hits on google for 'starting grid' *di merito* is how they performed in previous rankings. http://forums.forzamotorsport.net/forums/thread/3211021.aspx My proposal, why not have the starting grid based on the best hot laps for the track being raced for the drivers in the lobby?
