I'm not 100% sure because I don't know what the wider context is, however, "fresa per tracce" is a cutter that is used to chase ("tracciare") electrical wiring on walls, and "tracce" in a construction context are the channels dug in floors or walls to accommodate wires etc. Does that make sense to you?
