Once again I am unsure if this is an Italian or English acronym. From an "engineer changing over form":

"works under progress [sic]
sostituire tratto tubazione acqua mare mandata condizionamento prendere flessioni m.e. e d/g"

I asked about "d/g" previously and was told it is diesel generator
I have been looking at this bilingual doc:

which translates "prendere flessioni" as "take readings of ... deflections"

main engine - should be motore principale ma è in uso comune dire m.e. Possibly more context is required but tubazione acqua mare is actually connected to the m.e and d/g.
