Italian term or phrase: Ritiro
I am translating a manual for a particular courier service, meant for affiliated or subsidiary courier services.

I already understand that "ritiro" means collection/pick-up. I am, however, a little undecided on which to use. On their site, I see both, but "pick-up" is used more often, while on last year's manual for the same courier, I see the word "collection" used instead.

In the original Italian version, I see "ritiro" used throughout, with one or two uses of "pick-up".

For example:

Ritiro presso gli Uffici Postali
Pick-up presso il domicilio del cliente postale
Ritiri presso Strutture Postali
Ritiro presso ***** (top key clients)
Ritiri ******* Internazionale

I feel inclined to use "collection" since a lot of my research suggests that it is the term most likely used by the recipients of this manual, but the appearance of "pick-up" throws me off.

Any suggestions?

I have asked the client but have been told that it is up to me. (No pressure here! ;-) )

Explanation:
I would put it this way, where they have pickup, if it makes sense. leave it, and where they have ritiro - use "collection"

Would be my preferred choice...
"schedule a pick-up" is much more used than "schedule a collection"
