(showing that) duties and responsibilities have been divided up and parcelled out Explanation: We've got "un forte frazionamento di attori, risorse e sistemi" "assenza di un soggetto...che unifichi le informazioni provenienti dalle attività di sistema" and "attività di sistema che....forniscono informazioni disgregate" - all of which demonstrates (I think) that we've got different people and things doing different things, or perhaps even the same things at times. My only doubt (hence confidence level) is whether there is something in the text that suggests that for responsibilita' they actually mean 'liability' in the legal sense, tho I doubt it. My suggestion is certainly longer than the ST but conveys the message. Looking at 'parcellizzare' in a dictionary might give you other ideas on how to phrase it. |

responsibilities parcelled out Explanation: Sometimes the literal works perfectly. This also leaves the possibility that there just might be some corruption going on, but not necessarily, just as the Italian does. Parcelled out to friends or to those best able to do the job? https://www.google.co.uk/search?num=30&safe=off&site=&source... https://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&=&q="parc... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 13 hrs (2016-06-29 18:03:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- CORRECTION In the context: "responsibilities that have been parcelled out" |
