Italian term or phrase: rallentamenti, predefiniti e puntuali
"Il Terminale Comandi deve visualizzare, nella Main Window, una tabella dei rallentamenti in cui visualizzare in maniera sicura i rallentamenti, predefiniti e puntuali, impostati dall'Operatore della Circolazione."

I'm OK with "slowing down" or "slowdowns" for "rallentamenti", it's the "predefiniti e puntuali" I'm having trouble with.

Thanks for any help.

English translation:speed restrictions, scheduled or unscheduled
Explanation:
the "rallentamenti" are reductions in speed. If they are "predefiniti" then they have been planned in advance and built into the timetable for scheduled (engineering) works on the line. If they are "puntuali" then they are one-off or occasional, in other words they were not planned in advance but something has happened to require their enforcement for repairs

-> true but it is a minor detail in the greater scope of things. Sure, but I was reacting as much to the full explanation as to the actual words
