L’arte en plein-air emerge come necessità e la natura entra di prepotenza nei dipinti e nelle fotografie divenendone protagonista indiscussa. Bastano pochi attimi per passare dal mondo selvaggio e inesplorato a "scorci" di vita paesana, a piccole scene di costume.

Je dirais "scènes de vie paysanne" tout simplement. Tu peux ajouter aussi "croquées sur le vif" si tu veux insister sur la spontanéité, la fraîcheur même si tu sais sans doute que bon nombre des peintres de l'école de Fontainebeau recomposaient en atelier...
