j'ignore s'il existe un terme spécifique . Le cadre trompe-l'oeil de Chéli n'est pas une mauvaise idée mais je ne sais pas si c'est le terme consacré dans ce cas ....

Explanation:
L'expression "cadre peint" me paraît trop générique, et ne précise pas qu'il s'agit d'une invasion du motif du tableau sur le cadre lui-même, je propose donc "trompe-l'oeil", qui semble plus adapté.
