cuve d'émottage Explanation: dans de nombreuses lignes de production y compris dans le secteur alimentaire, je sais qu'on parle d'émottage pour la phase de réduction des agglomérats (l'émotteur est une sorte de tamis à gros trous). Le terme s'utilise aussi pour traduire rompigrumi dans les industries manipulant des poudres je ne trouve guère de détails dans le web pour le couscous http://www.nutri-forum.com/index.php?p=aff_theme&id=104 phase précédente par rapport au granulateur? http://www.fao.org/inpho/news/ext_news/crat/bulletin.htm (cherche granulateur dans la page, on y parle aussi de mottes) Une chose est sûre: en matière de couscous on semble parler de mottes qu'il faut défaire, concasser... pas de "grumeaux" |
