o intendono petto intero prima e petto affettato dopo (sarebbe da chiedere al cliente) oppure intendono la parte specifica del petto descritta qui:
On confond à tort sous le nom de "suprême" de volaille les appellations telles que "Le blanc de volaille,le flanc, voire l'aile"
Or ce petit muscle porte bien son nom, tout comme le "sot-l'y-laisse"
Le suprême est un morceau de choix , comme le filet mignon sur le veau par exemple.

Asker: ho chiesto al cliente, intendeva col primo "petti" i petti di piccione, cappone ecc (elencati prima nel documento) e con il secondo "petti" quelli del pollo, quindi bisogna tradurre semplicemente il primo come "poitrine" e il secondo come petti di pollo ("blancs"). grazie agnès!
