Statuts de societé.

Je sais que "qualora" a le sens de "au cas où", "si jamais" mais dans le présent contexte, j'ai tendance à le comprendre comme un "même si".

"L'assemblea deve essere convocata dall'organo amministrativo, almeno una volta all'anno, entro centoventi giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio sociale oppure entro centottanta giorni, ***qualora*** la società sìa tenuta alla redazione del bilancio consolidato e ***qualora*** lo richiedano particolari esigenze relative alla struttura ed all'oggetto della società."
