blanc de réaction Explanation: Lors d’un doage colorimétrique, photométrique, fluorimétrique….le "bianco di reazione" est constitué de tous les "reagents" (en général tampon de réaction plus solution stop) à l'exception de l'échantillon à doser. On l'appelle simplement "le blanc" qui donne la mesure de base (a ne pas confondre avec le "background") qui sera soustraite à la mesure de l'échantillon. |
