scusate lo sfogo- ma è necessario. Hotelfachschueler- forse dovremmo scrivere: Hotelfach-Schueler! ovvero, uno che lavora nel campo alberghiero. Per fare una distinzione tra le Hotelfachschulen- che ti fanno diventare importante, e che frequenti i corsi per tot anni, da interno o esterno che sia. Loro si credono a livello para-universitario, mentre non sono nient'altro che il nostro diploma da scuola alberghiera. Se poi vuoi una specie di laurea breve- è ancora un altro discorso. Scrivendo Hotelfach-Schueler col trattino, nessuno ha mentito. Un cameriere- adetto alla sala- o aspirante cuoco ecc. fa un corso in una scuola alberghiera. E riceve un certificato di partecipazione. Amen

Punto e basta. Che in altri paesi si usino altri sistemi- non ci riguarda. Le nostre scuole alberghiere- i corsi per chi già lavora o si accinge a farlo, ma non può permettersi anni esclusivamente dedicati allo studio e comunque vuole perfezionarsi, esistono eccome.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass der Asker eine Antwort sucht, die der Ursprungs-Realitaet entspricht. In diesem Fall reden wir von Italien. Was in Deutschland gang und gebe ist, interessiert wohl kaum. Es geht um eine Ueberstzung- ich nehme an von Zertifikaten, Diplome usw, und die muss von der hiesigen Situation ausgehen.
