Nel corso di quest e manifestazioni si possono degustare i prodotti tipici della regione, particolarmente legati alla cucina di terra: si va dall'olio, ed il vino, per continuare col pane "sciapo" e le varie focacce , passando per i vari piatti a base di cacciagione (gnocchi al sugo di lepre, faraona alla "leccarda", "uccelletti" allo spiedo, pappardelle al cinghiale) per arrivare ai salumi di Norcia ed al suo celebre tartufo nero.

Sinn ist klar, mit bodenständig hat es nichts zu tun, soll sich gegen die Fischküche absetzen...

Wie waer's einfach mit "ländlicher Küche" = Kueche mit laendlichen Erzeugnissen/Produkten?
Mit "cucina di terra" wird eigentlich nur Fisch ausgeschlossen, denn man bezeichnet hiermit Getreide, Gemuese aber auch Kaese, Fleisch...
