It is basically comprised of a toroidal inductive pickup (3) for measuring the current, a resistive pickup (4) for measuring the voltage, a shielded connector or terminal (12) in which the voltage pickup (4) is integrated, and an insulation bushing (5) or fixed base of the equipment to be connected. Both pickups (3) and (4) include a current limiter, simultaneously providing low signal values of current and voltage at the connection point, and maintaining safety, reliability and insulation values.
