Eigentlich gar nicht mal so schwierig, wenn mir nur eine gescheite deutsche Übersetzung einfallen würde ... ;-)

Tutte le utenze diffuse sono incluse in 5 **Livelli di Severità**.
-> alle privaten Verbraucher ... in 5 XXX-Stufen (??)

Ad ogni **Livello di Severità** è associata una potenza prescritta per la singola Area.
-> Jeder xxx-Stufe ist eine vorgeschriebene Leistung für den Einzelbereich zugewiesenen.

Es geht im Wesentlichen darum, dass die Stromversorgung der privaten Verbraucher in Notfallsituationen in besagten 5 XXX-Stufen abgeschaltet werden kann - aber was mache ich nur mit "severità"? Das lässt ja nicht gerade viel Spielraum und offenbar ist mein Gehirn nach einem weiteren schönen Tag mit diesem Text nicht mehr in der Lage, "quer" zu denken.

In effetti sono delle emergenze,p.es. sovraccarico su una linea che potrebbe causare blackout, come capitato a Roma due anni fa durante la Notte Bianca e in mezza Italia
