Ordinanza repressione rumori molesti
Dovranno essere impiegati macchinari il cui stato di funzionamento non generi particolari rumori molesti. Tutti gli accorgimenti che ragionevolmente possono essere applicati e che la tecnica offre, devono essere adottati per evitare l'espandersi di agenti molesti, quali polvere, rumore o altro.
Durante l'esercizio del cantiere dovrà essere rispettata l'Ordinanza Municipale sulla repressione dei rumori molesti e inutili del 14.3.2007 e il contenuto dell'art. 37 RLE, e in particolare l'art. 6 cpv 3 che cita:
"L'esecuzione di lavori edili con macchinari e utensili rumorosi è di resola vietata dalle ore 19.00 alle ore 07.00 e dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 13.00. nei giorni feriali dal lunedì al venerdì" (Ris. Mun. del 18 luglio 2013).
