non sapendo cosa sia non riesco a tradurre questo termine in tedesco. Si tratta comunque della realizzazione di divani imbottiti che hanno dei bottoni decorativi e non. (Orfella = Stoff???)
contesto: "Il capitonnè dei nostri divani è fatto in due tempi:
prima viene fissato all'orfella e, successivamente, viene fissato il bottone.
Nel caso, per qualsiasi motivo, il bottone dovesse uscire o rompersi
non si butta via il divano.
Con un apposito aghi si può rimettere il bottone senza nessuna difficoltà."

Die Kissen oder Polster werden zuerst am Rahmen oder an einer Gurtpolsterung (falls vorhanden) befestigt. Dann werden die Knöpfe in die entstandenen Vertiefungen gesetzt. Ich habe im Netz nur diese Textstelle gefunden, in der "orfelle" im Zusammenhang mit Sofas erwähnt werden:

Dipende dalla pelle con cui è stato confezionato. In base a quella possiamo darti più info e dirti in che modo proteggerla e pulirla. La lavorazione capitonnè in ogni caso non comporta differenze di manutenzione rispetto agli altri divani ma devi fare attenzione alla polvere affinché non rimanga troppo sedimentata nelle orfelle.

Explanation:
Die Kissen oder Polster werden zuerst am Rahmen oder an einer Gurtpolsterung (falls vorhanden) befestigt. Dann werden die Knöpfe in die entstandenen Vertiefungen gesetzt. Ich habe im Netz nur diese Textstelle gefunden, in der "orfelle" im Zusammenhang mit Sofas erwähnt werden:
