Ich weiß zwar nicht genau, ob das in Deinen Kontext passt, aber den Begriff scheint es zu geben und er beschreibt offenbar die verschiedenen Berufe, die es in einem übergeordneten Berufsrahmen gibt, z. B. in der IT-Branche.

disagree  langnet: Den "Berufsstab" gibt es zwar, aber beim (Schweizer) Militär, im Gegensatz zum "Milizstab".
