Si può tradurre con "aphonischer Isolator" o esiste un altro traducente più preciso?Perché non riesco a trovare alcuna fonte su internet che appoggi la mia opzione...grazie per gli eventuali suggerimenti.

agree  Johannes Gleim: Für "afonico" finden sich nur wenige verwenbare Google-Treffer. Offensichtlich handelt es sich aber um den Schallschutz.
