Ich habe gesehen, dass es auch auf Deutsch den Ausdruck "bikortikal" gibt im Zusammenhang mit Zahnimplantaten - mono-und bikortikale Implantate, Schrauben, Verankerung, Abstützung usw.
Ich kenne nicht den ersten Teil deines Satzes, aber mir scheint, mit "bicorticalismo profondo" könnte der Vorgang der Verankerung des Implantats gemeint sein. Es finden sich einige Beispiele für "bikortikale Verankerung".

..."auf diese Weise erreicht man eine (tiefe, feste) bikortikale Verankerung". Ich würde aber das "tief" weglassen, denn "bikortikal" bedeutet sowieso, dass es sehr fest - an zwei Stellen - verankert ist.

Asker: non so se si tratta di un ancoraggio vero e proprio; si tratta più che altro del fatto che si raggiunge quella zona particolare e non so come si chiama
