Mousse da banco “Gelato caldo” offenes Mousse "Warmes Eis" Explanation: Ich bin gerade gestern in einer dieser köstlichen Eisdielen hier in Rom gewesen. Dort werden neben den herkömmlichen offenen Eissorten auch "offene" Mousse, d. h. Tiramisu (nur die Creme), Mousse au Chocolat, etc.) in (Eis)bechern angeboten. Der Ausdruck "warmes Eis" kommt wohl davon, dass diese Mousse warm zubereitet werden und dann frisch gehalten (nicht gekühlt) werden. Ich hoffe das hilft Dir weiter. Gabriele |
