Lampantöl Explanation: Lampante, se presenta difetti più marcati e la sua acidità è superiore al 2%. In questo ultimo caso l’olio viene deacidificato, deodorato e decolorato, ciò permetterà di ottenere l’olio raffinato, cioè un olio inodore, incolore e insapore, che unito ad una piccola percentuale di extra vergine darà origine all’olio di oliva. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 15 hrs (2018-04-22 05:58:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Lampantöl ist die niedrigste Kategorie der Nativen Öle und ist für den direkten Verzehr nicht zugelassen. Es entsteht aus in Fermentation begriffenen, verdorbenen, Oliven. Auch ursprünglich gutes Öl kann durch Ranzigwerden zu Lampantöl werden. Das Öl zeichnet sich durch einen ranzigen, schlechten Geschmack und Geruch aus. Es muss vor dem Verkauf als „Olivenöl“ erst gesäubert und aufbereitet (raffiniert bzw. rektifiziert) werden. Erst danach darf es, mit einem Nativen Öl höherer Kategorie verschnitten, als „Olivenöl – bestehend aus raffiniertem und nativem Olivenöl“ auf den Markt gelangen (s. Raffiniertes Olivenöl, bzw.
