Олег, я проверила - в английских текстах она пишется как есть, не переводится.
Кроме того, вот еще любопытные сведения об этом слове, т.е. об этом течении:

LA BOHEME

Bohиme is a French word and it means gypsy life as gypsies arrived in France passing through Boemia. Generally this word is used to describe non conformist artists who live from day to day.
In Italy the writer Cletto Arrighi (1830 -1906) created for his novel La scapigliatura e il 6 febbraio the word _SCAPIGLIATURA_ which has the same meaning of the French bohиme.
La Bohиme, however, is also the title of two melodramas, the first by Giacomo Puccini (1896) and the second by Ruggero Leoncavallo (1897) both inspired to the work by Henri Murger, Scиnes de la vie de bohиme.
