Опускатель, опускающий транспортер Explanation: Это, насколько я понимаю, устройство по функции противоположное подъемнику. Как ни странно, встречается слово "опускатель", хотя редко. Думаю, здесь можно попробовать и описательный перевод, типа - устройство для транспорта в нижнем направлении, опускающий транспортер (такие уже часто встречаются, если погуглить).
