Ci sono in giro molte traduzioni approssimative se non addirittura sbagliate, avevo trovato anche un riferimento al sito dell'ambasciata bielorussa in cui "circolare", senza pensarci troppo, è stato semplicemente omesso. Comunque è "кассирский чек" http://dic.academic.ru/dic.nsf/fin_enc/23702 E' un assegno, non una tratta.
