Il certificato di stato libero, invece, attesta non se la persona è sposata o meno, ma, espressamente, il fatto che NON è sposata (quindi può contrarre il matrimonio). In russo si dice справка о несостоянии в браке (es. https://www.9111.ru/all/spravka/spravka-o-nesostoyanii-v-bra... ) oppure "справка об отсутствии брака", oppure in altri modi: vedi qui http://prokipr.ru/advokat/spravka-ob-otsutstvii-braka.html Però bada bene: anche se l'autore del testo per il sito ha scritto "Названия справки об отсутствии брака: Справка о семейном положении (в России)", non è esatto per il motivo che ho appena spiegato. Справка о семейном положении non traduce, non significa "certificato di stato libero", ma può svolgerne funzione, può valere quanto il certificato di stato libero, se l'informazione che vi è contenuta attesta lo stato libero. Insomma, può andare bene lo stesso.
