Asker: Gracias por el aporte, Juan. Al final opté por una frase de tipo " ....a las que el interesado puede oponerse de acuerdo con el art. 168 ....del Código Penal". Con LAS me refiero a las órdenes de pago de honorarios y, en este caso, el interesado es un indiciado objeto de diligencias preliminares.

Asker: El indiciado (indagato, en italiano) aquí es un menor (un niñato, vamos) que han pillado pintando con rotulador una estatua de Florencia. Se le va a caer el pelo ahora, a él y a su familia...
