¡Un giro muy poético, desde luego, para un pliego de condiciones técnicas! Si lo interpreto bien, debería ser "Las actividades que XXXXX deberá llevar a cabo". Qué pensáis?

Mi razonamiento:

"porre in essere" --> "llevar a la existencia" ---> realizar ---> llevar a cabo
