Forse allora "dedo" può essere la soluzione. Verifica meglio tu.

Secondo la tua descrizione, il nasello potrebbe essere quella parte della macchina che in spagnolo si chiama garfio.
Nel riferimento che hai trovato, invece, chiamano naselli quei pezzi di fissaggio che, come suggerito da Beatrice, si traducono pestañas.
