El término correcto en italiano es «vulnologia», como puedes comprobar haciendo una búsqueda simple en Google con las dos versiones. Es un término que ha sido acuñado recientemente y creo que no hay una traducción con la misma raíz. En los principales diccionaria no está ni he encontrado documentos en español que lo usen. En inglés es wound care y en español lo veo descrito con la expresión que propongo.
