Japanese term or phrase: 吹抜
This describes a lower floor of a skyscraper whose ceiling is elevated/open, at least in part, so that it's twice as high as the other floors. What's the correct English term for this? It's just indicated on a diagram, so the more concise the better. Thanks in advance.

Double Height Ceiling

Explanation:
"ceiling is elevated/open, at least in part, so that it's twice as high as the other floors. "

I guess we could describe that as "double height ceiling" .

Besides, an atrium is a large open space, usually with a glass roof.
